Logistics Executive – Import & Export Operations

About the role

Support importation processes for vehicles, spare parts and automotive equipment, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Support importation processes for vehicles, spare parts, and automotive equipment.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping agents, and logistics providers.
• Prepare and verify shipping and import documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Import Permit.
• Ensure timely coordination for customs clearance and delivery processes.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment status.
• Maintain supplier contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving, issuing, and stock movement.
• Support negotiation and communication processes with local and international suppliers.
• Prepare operational reports, status updates, and administrative records.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and supporting paperwork for submissions.

Required profile

• Any Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Government Relations, Import/Export Operations, Logistics Coordination, Automotive Industry Operations, or Administrative Support.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics coordination.
• Understanding of government documentation and licensing processes.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
