Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

The Senior Business Development Executive will lead the creation and growth of strategic partnerships for a hospital, targeting corporate organisations, insurers, educational institutions, NGOs and referral networks. This role aims to boost patient volume, expand market presence and drive revenue growth through proactive relationship building and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, healthcare partners and referral networks.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate corporate health programmes, medical talks and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and produce regular business development reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support brand awareness initiatives and business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales or Healthcare Marketing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel for business meetings.
