Senior Bancassurance Consultant

About the role

Manulife Myanmar is seeking a Senior Bancassurance Consultant to drive the promotion of its insurance and financial solutions across assigned bank branches. You will work closely with bank staff to match customers’ protection and savings needs with appropriate life and health insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with head office and branch bank staff to align Manulife’s offerings with branch activities and service standards.
• Engage bank customers, assess their financial protection and savings requirements, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct daily consultations, explain products clearly, and manage policy applications and documentation in compliance with company rules.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with bank partners.
• Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
• Participate in training programs and support branch-level marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services, preferably at a senior level.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in bank branch environments.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of insurance products, basic financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements.
• High integrity, resilience, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
