Sales Channel Operation Officer

About the role

Join our team as a Sales Channel Operation Officer and play a key role in strengthening business operations, improving salesforce performance, and driving channel efficiency. You will monitor performance, provide training, and ensure operational compliance across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze business performance reports.
• Conduct surveys and provide insights to management.
• Provide training on product knowledge, new policies, and campaigns.
• Ensure operational compliance and smooth channel processes.
• Manage SIM‑kit, top‑up, e‑money, and related transactions.
• Identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Monitor branch salesforce performance and support them in achieving targets.
• Coordinate with branches and relevant teams to improve channel performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, target‑oriented, and able to work effectively with branch teams.
• Willingness to travel for business trips when required.
