Senior Aesthetic Medical Officer

About the role

The Senior Aesthetic Medical Officer will join our on‑site clinic in Naypyidaw to deliver advanced aesthetic medical consultations and non‑surgical procedures. This full‑time position focuses on safe, evidence‑based treatments that meet clinical guidelines and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform non‑surgical aesthetic procedures and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with health‑safety standards.
• Supervise clinical staff and oversee junior team members.
• Collaborate with management to improve service quality and clinic operations.
• Stay current with developments in aesthetic medicine through continuous learning.
• Educate clients on treatment options, post‑procedure care, and long‑term aesthetic wellness.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with certification or training in aesthetic medicine or dermatology.
• Proven experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, or cosmetic medical practice in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
• Ability to work on‑site in Naypyidaw, including potential weekend or extended hours.
• Willingness to work at different branches when required.
