About the role
The company is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and support its sales team, develop sales plans and ensure targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and guide the sales team under the supervision of the Manager.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Train and support sales team members to improve their performance.
- Manage customer relationships and gather customer feedback.
- Conduct market survey and research, product checking and price analysis.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed performance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales.
- Extensive experience in sales with strong strategic planning and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and management skills.
