Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth and expand our market presence. The role combines strategic planning, budget management, and hands‑on execution of sales and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a growth plan to lead the market and manage the marketing budget.
• Secure final deals with individual and external organizations.
• Manage the full sales funnel, ensuring prospects move smoothly through each stage.
• Launch localized campaigns and craft persuasive copy to meet targets.
• Lead our Facebook and other community channels, keeping prospects engaged.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing (Education or Tech background a plus).
• Good knowledge of the Myanmar digital landscape and sales culture.
• Strong ability to handle objections and close deals via phone, Zoom, or in‑person.
• Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and marketing (or quick to learn).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in Burmese and English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
