Sales & Marketing Manager – University Campus

About the role

The university is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its Mandalay campus recruitment and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for driving student enrollment, enhancing brand visibility, and managing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan targeting prospective students.
• Visit schools, colleges and community groups to promote university programmes.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence and conduct research to inform strategies.
• Organise campus events, manage budgets and ensure operational control.
• Lead, hire, train and evaluate the recruitment team, setting performance goals.
• Utilise data and recruitment tools to refine targeting and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, marketing or student recruitment.
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive salary range of 15 Lakh – 20 Lakh (negotiable based on experience).
• Working schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
