Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The university is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the Mandalay campus team, drive revenue, and ensure a motivated workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans, manage prospective student pipelines, and achieve enrollment targets.
• Visit schools and colleges, conduct presentations, and promote university programmes to students, parents, and counsellors.
• Gather market and competitor data, conduct research, and use insights to shape marketing strategies.
• Organise campus events, manage budgets, and create promotional materials.
• Supervise staff, handle hiring, performance management, training, and problem resolution.
• Lead the recruitment team, set annual goals, and execute outreach events aligned with the university’s strategic plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred); minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the education sector or similar recruitment/marketing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
