Sales Manager – Outdoor Advertising

About the role

The Sales Manager role at FMIDecaux is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Yangon. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of clients and achieve sales targets for outdoor advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with potential clients to generate new business.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and strategies.
• Build long‑term relationships with advertisers and agencies.
• Represent FMIDecaux at industry events and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales, account management and business development experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in marketing, advertising or media sales, preferably in outdoor advertising.
• Solid organizational and planning skills, including pipeline management and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and Myanmar languages.
