Sales Manager (Media & Advertising)

About the role

The Sales Manager (Media & Advertising) will lead business development efforts in Yangon, identifying new client opportunities and nurturing existing key accounts. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for media and advertising services while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns and requests to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service value and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high‑quality service delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales activities and client status.
• Lead, mentor and support the key account management team.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 6‑7 years of experience in service‑industry sales, business development or key account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking with data‑driven decision making.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and willing to travel.
