Sales Consultant – Car Showroom

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our car showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, guiding them through our vehicle range and helping them find the perfect match. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, prices, and promotions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Arrange and accompany customers for test drives.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle quotations, bookings, and sales‑related documentation.
• Monitor competitor prices and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in sales, car showroom, or automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Target‑driven and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
