Sales & Cashier Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Sales & Cashier Assistant to join our store team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish shelves, display products correctly, and monitor expiry dates.
• Maintain inventory on assigned shelves and support stock receiving.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to store policies.
• Balance the cash drawer and prepare daily sales reports at the end of each shift.
• Assist with price labeling and promotional displays.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
