Sales Capability Manager

About the role

The Sales Capability Manager will lead the design and delivery of capability programmes that boost sales productivity and execution excellence across Myanmar. Working closely with sales leadership, you will embed Heineken’s ways of working and ensure a high‑performing, future‑ready sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Sales Capability roadmap aligned with commercial strategy and regional frameworks.
• Design and roll out capability programmes, tools and routines such as the Heineken Way of Sales.
• Plan and deliver events and training for Sales and Trade Marketing teams, measuring impact on productivity and outlet performance.
• Provide in‑market coaching to reinforce selling skills, PICOS and Perfect Outlet standards.
• Use data and digital tools to identify gaps, drive system adoption and track performance metrics.
• Partner with sales leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Manage learning partners, monitor ROI and continuously improve programmes based on feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management.
• Minimum three years of experience in trade marketing or sales within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, high resilience and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
