Retail Operation Manager

About the role

The Retail Operation Manager will lead the daily operations of iSure/XtraSure retail showrooms, driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily showroom activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Plan and execute monthly sales targets and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and prepare regular management reports.
• Manage inventory control, procurement coordination, and vendor relationships.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Regional Managers, Showroom Managers, and Supervisors.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with HR, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Merchandising, and Customer Care teams.
• Assist with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or sales operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets and leading retail teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, people‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
