About the role

The Retail Branch Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for overseeing daily operations at a branch in Thaketa. You will lead a team, ensure smooth service delivery, and drive sales performance while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and schedule branch staff to achieve operational efficiency.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement initiatives to meet company goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain store presentation, inventory controls, and accurate cash‑handling procedures.
• Prepare regular branch reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Proven customer service and satisfaction abilities.
• Team‑management experience to motivate and develop staff.
• Sales expertise to drive branch performance and support promotions.
• Retail or branch‑management experience, including cash handling and basic inventory control.
• Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Management, or related field is an advantage.
