About the role

Shichida Myanmar is seeking a passionate, customer‑focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain long‑term relationships with parents and students. The role involves overseeing the Royal Club program and supporting student retention and referral growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
• Manage Royal Club Membership, engagement, and customer care activities.
• Support student retention, re‑enrollment, and referral growth.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and ensure effective resolution.
• Coordinate parent consultations with instructors.
• Coordinate Royal Club gifts, events, and customer recognition activities.
• Review customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the service industry.
• Experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Sales or Education is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Good problem‑solving and coordination skills.
• Caring, professional, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong follow‑up and attention to detail.
