Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies while driving talent acquisition and performance management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, maintain confidential employee records, and oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business units, develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Develop and monitor KPI and performance appraisal systems, support performance improvement plans, and provide promotion recommendations.
• Administer compensation, salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits while ensuring confidentiality and budget compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conduct exit interviews.
• Identify training needs, prepare annual training plans, coordinate internal and external programs, and support organizational restructuring.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Myanmar employment laws and minimize legal risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Experience in multi‑business or manufacturing environments preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, KPI and performance management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
