Record to Report (RtR) Administrator

About the role

The Record to Report (RtR) Administrator ensures accurate and timely financial closing for an assigned operating company. You will manage recurring entries, resolve general ledger issues, and support month‑end activities while adhering to Heineken’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Record to Report processes, including recurring journal entries and GL issue resolution.
• Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain monthly accruals, pre‑payments and provision schedules.
• Document and manage knowledge within the Document Management system.
• Review GL line items, identify discrepancies and apply corrective actions.
• Generate internal OTIF reporting and maintain master data in the JDE system (employee, customer, supplier codes, exchange rates, BU & SCOA).
• Perform ad‑hoc finance tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of process risk management, internal control, fraud management and compliance.
• Experience in internal/external audit, process improvement and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Quantitative, statistical and computer‑analysis skills.
• Fluency in Myanmar language; good English is an advantage.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.

• Advanced Excel and database application proficiency.
• Document Management system usage.
