Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead client projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves direct client interaction, coordination across internal teams, and occasional hiring to meet project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules and budgets as needed.
• Manage risks, track performance metrics, and report status to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate updates to clients and team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• Experience developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
