Production Coordinator

About the role

Z Productions is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to manage the logistics, schedules, crew, budgeting and on‑set execution for high‑quality visual productions, including commercials, branded content and creative campaigns. The role spans the entire lifecycle from pre‑production through final delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget and meet creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pre‑production presentations and lead logistical planning for assigned productions.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and budgets, track expenditures and negotiate with vendors.
• Recruit, onboard and coordinate crew members and freelancers, fostering a collaborative on‑set environment.
• Oversee on‑location operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and creative expectations.
• Coordinate production wrap‑up, handover to post‑production teams and assist with post‑production timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Production Coordinator, Line Producer or similar role.
• Background in commercials, branded content, TV productions or feature films.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and detail‑orientation abilities.
• Proven budgeting, negotiation and vendor‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with clients, directors and crew.
