Production Coordinator

About the role

Play Production is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Yangon. You will support the planning and execution of video and photo productions, ensuring smooth workflows from pre‑production through post‑production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, call sheets, and logistics for crew, equipment, locations, and permits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Track budgets and expenses, organize production documents, and maintain contact lists.
• Assist with talent and vendor coordination, and support on‑set operations.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain efficient and safe productions.

Required profile

• Strong production planning and coordination experience, including scheduling and logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑set operations such as crew coordination and equipment organization.
• Ability to manage documentation such as budgets, contracts, permits, and reports.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with directors, producers, clients, vendors, and talent.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
