Content Producer Consultant – Multimedia (12 months)

About the role

UNICEF Myanmar is seeking a Content Producer Consultant to document program impact and create compelling, platform‑ready multimedia content. The role focuses on telling the stories of children and families affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Myanmar.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across Myanmar, including remote areas, to capture video footage and conduct field interviews.
• Produce, edit, and post‑produce professional videos that highlight program outcomes.
• Apply colour grading, subtitling, and sound editing to ensure high‑quality, platform‑ready content.
• Collaborate with UNICEF teams to align content with communication strategies.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Communications, Journalism, Photography, Film/Video Production, Visual Arts, or related field; or secondary education plus at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in content production, including video filming, editing, and post‑production.
• At least 3 years of field experience producing content for development, humanitarian, or child‑rights contexts.
• Myanmar national able to travel on short notice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in colour grading, subtitling, and sound editing.
• Ability to conduct field interviews and craft human‑centred narratives.
