Presales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Pre‑Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team by understanding customer requirements, designing suitable technical solutions, and preparing comprehensive technical proposals. The role works closely with customers, sales, engineering, vendors and partners throughout the pre‑sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer technical requirements and design appropriate IT/System Integration solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, bills of materials, specifications, solution diagrams and statements of work.
• Support RFP, RFQ, RFI and tender submissions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and participate in customer meetings and site surveys.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for solution validation and ensure smooth handover to project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• 2–4 years of experience in pre‑sales, system integration, network engineering, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud or data centre.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient English for technical documentation and communication.

• Network, Security, Server, Storage, Cloud and Data‑Centre solutions.
• Technical proposal and BOM preparation.
• Visio and MS Office.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Huawei, HPE, Dell, VMware, AWS or Azure.
