Partnership Manager

About the role

The Partnership Manager will lead a team of Partnership Facilitators, strengthening church ownership and capacity to serve children and youth across Myanmar.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partnership Facilitators, setting goals and fostering professional growth.
• Build strong relationships with local church partners, guiding needs assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Engage pastors, denominational leaders, and project committees to advocate for church partners' priorities.
• Support project‑cycle activities, monitor progress toward child and youth development outcomes, and improve ministry effectiveness.
• Promote child protection principles and ensure safe environments for children and youth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Theology, Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum five years of leadership or management experience, preferably with churches or faith‑based NGOs.
• Advanced Burmese language skills; English communication is an advantage.
• Demonstrated Christian faith, strong relationship‑building abilities, and passion for child and youth development.
