Outsourcing Management Officer

About the role

The Outsourcing Management Officer will act as the primary liaison between external outsourcing partners and internal IT teams, ensuring smooth delivery of services, compliance with contracts, and timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with outsourcing partners and internal teams.
• Follow up on vendor progress, deliverables, issues, risks, and pending actions.
• Support outsourcing contracts, purchase orders, quotations, procurement, and payment processes.
• Prepare and maintain project, vendor, contract, and payment‑related documents.
• Prepare status reports and updates for management.
• Support project coordination and monitor assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Handle IT department administrative activities, records, asset tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and other relevant departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in contract management, vendor management, or project coordination.
• Good communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
