About the role
We’re hiring an NLP Research Assistant to work with real-world social media data at Magnify Myanmar. The role focuses on Burmese language processing and applying NLP and machine learning techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Process and clean social media data.
- Build and maintain Burmese language resources.
- Monitor NLP pipelines and data systems.
- Apply NLP and ML techniques to real-world problems.
Required profile
- Knowledge of Myanmar linguistics and grammar.
- Experience with Python or Java.
- Basic understanding of NLP and machine learning.
- Research mindset and curiosity.
