Marketing Manager (Field & Brand Execution)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead nationwide marketing execution with a strong focus on ground‑level branding and operational growth. The role is highly hands‑on, requiring the incumbent to spend the majority of their time in the field and travel frequently across Myanmar to oversee initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement city‑level marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and visibility across all regional markets.
• Oversee physical branding initiatives, including signage, POSM, retail branding, and outdoor placements.
• Conduct regular branding audits and market reviews through site visits.
• Coordinate with regional teams to execute localized marketing activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Track marketing effectiveness using KPIs focused on field reach and brand presence.
• Manage regional budgets with a strong ROI discipline and provide performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with proven managerial success.
• Strong expertise in physical branding, BTL activities, and field operations.
• Willingness to spend 70 % of time on‑ground and travel frequently across Myanmar.
• Fluency in Myanmar language (spoken and written).
• Experience in telecom, FMCG, retail, or multi‑location industries is preferred.
