Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead QHRM’s digital and offline marketing initiatives, shaping brand perception and driving B2B lead generation for its HR certification platform. You will be responsible for planning campaigns, managing content, and coordinating events to build a category‑defining brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and retargeting.
• Develop and manage content strategy including blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Optimize website and landing pages for traffic and conversions.
• Build and monitor marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and onboarding.
• Track performance metrics such as MQLs, CPL, CAC, CTRs, and lead‑to‑client conversion.
• Lead QHRM’s presence at trade fairs, summits, HR conferences, and organize meetups, certification events, and roundtables.
• Oversee production of offline collateral like brochures, flyers, and banners.
• Coordinate with sales, certification, and customer success teams to align messaging.
• Manage relationships with external designers, ad agencies, media vendors, and event partners.
• Monitor and report campaign performance weekly and monthly, maintaining dashboards for spend, lead flow, and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Excellent English and Burmese communication skills.
• Organized, energetic, and motivated to build a leading brand.
