Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Trust Oo is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Executive to lead its social media presence and digital marketing initiatives. The role is on‑site and focuses on creating engaging content, managing platforms, and driving effective communication across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Viber, Telegram and the website.
• Monitor and handle monetization opportunities on applicable platforms.
• Respond promptly to messages and comments to maintain positive engagement.
• Develop creative content ideas and produce short videos for TikTok and other channels.
• Collect, analyse and report performance metrics for social media campaigns.
• Plan and execute strategies to meet reach and engagement targets.
• Implement and manage Facebook ad campaigns (post boosting).
• Prepare quarterly performance reports and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of online marketing trends, algorithms and data‑driven campaign optimisation.
• Ability to analyse and interpret social media data.
• Experience managing social media for brands or organisations.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
• Basic video‑editing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
