Manager Sales (INGOs & Embassies)

About the role

The Manager Sales will drive business expansion and revenue growth by developing and managing INGO, NGO, and Embassy accounts through GPS, Geo-Tech, CCTV, IoT, and related technology solutions. This full‑time position is based at MICT Park in Yangon and involves occasional travel and extended hours as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for INGOs, NGOs, Embassies, and international organizations.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including engagement, proposal, quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, procurement and project teams.
• Coordinate with Technical, Pre‑Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Monitor tenders, procurement opportunities, donor‑funded projects, and upcoming projects relevant to company offerings.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans, reporting progress to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B/institutional sales experience, preferably in technology, IoT, GPS, CCTV, or Geo‑Tech.
• Experience with INGO/NGO/Embassy sales or tender processes is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of procurement and tender processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
