About the role
The Maintenance Coordinator oversees and schedules day‑to‑day facility and equipment maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor work order progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Update preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and critical power equipment.
- Track routine inspections and maintain detailed service records.
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
- Review contractor job reports and verify completion before invoice processing.
- Monitor spare parts, consumables, tools, and equipment inventory.
- Maintain up‑to‑date maintenance logs, documentation, manuals, and warranties.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and general building plumbing and structural maintenance.
