About the role
Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Yangon. You will build a local operation, create a vibrant player community, and deliver an outstanding on‑field experience.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and expand Stranger Soccer activities in Yangon.
- Recruit, train, and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Identify and secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing initiatives and acquire new players to grow the community.
- Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure a high‑quality player experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Singapore headquarters and leverage operational and technology support.
Required profile
- Passion for football and active involvement in the local football scene.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and own a business.
- Strong ownership attitude, resilience, and results‑oriented approach.
