About the role
Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Yangon. You will build a local operation, manage a team, and create a vibrant community of players.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and expand Stranger Soccer in Yangon.
- Recruit, train and manage staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Singapore headquarters and support teams.
Required profile
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations or customer service.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a business.
- Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
- Strong drive, resilience and results‑oriented attitude.
