Lease and Tenant Executive

About the role

The Lease and Tenant Executive will join Landlord Recruitment’s Yangon team to manage lease agreements and tenant relationships for a portfolio of properties. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with both company standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update lease documents for assigned properties.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and tenant communications.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, handle lease renewals, terminations, and coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Support property inspections and collaborate with landlords to resolve tenant issues.
• Negotiate lease terms within defined guidelines and provide regular occupancy and performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail in lease documentation and record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interaction and negotiation.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and tasks.
• Basic understanding of property leasing practices and local regulations, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.

• Comfort working with databases or property‑management systems.
