Senior Associate – Real Estate Advisory

About the role

CIM Property Consultants is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Yangon office. This full‑time, on‑site position supports a range of real‑estate advisory and consulting projects, helping clients navigate the unique challenges of Myanmar’s frontier market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and financial analysis for property opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout transaction processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence and participate in client meetings.
• Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with business‑development activities as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research abilities with a focus on market data and finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and project‑management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset with relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field.
• Professionalism, integrity and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
