Leadership Development & Coaching Facilitator for Managers

About the role

WWF‑Myanmar is seeking an experienced facilitator to design and deliver a Leadership Development and Coaching Programme for its managers in Yangon. The role involves a 1‑ or 2‑day interactive workshop for about 15 participants, followed by at least two coaching sessions over a three‑month period.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with the People & Culture team and senior management to identify leadership development needs.
• Design a customized programme that combines interactive training, comprehensive materials, and a structured coaching approach.
• Facilitate a highly interactive workshop covering core leadership competencies such as self‑awareness, psychological safety, conflict resolution and accountability.
• Provide ongoing mentorship through at least two coaching sessions per manager to reinforce learning and support application on the job.
• Report progress and outcomes to the Country Director and ensure alignment with WWF‑Myanmar’s organisational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership development, organisational development, executive coaching or human‑resource development.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering leadership programmes for mid‑level managers.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to create psychologically safe learning environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Availability to work on‑site in Yangon for the September‑November 2026 timeframe.
