About the role
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and well‑organized Laboratory Manager to lead operations across all sections of our advanced diagnostic laboratory. The role blends administrative oversight with technical execution, driving business development, client relations, and strategic growth while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
- Lead business development initiatives, manage client relationships, and support strategic growth projects.
- Maintain equipment, supervise personnel, and optimise workflow processes.
Required profile
- Technical background in clinical laboratory and histopathology.
- Proven leadership in personnel management and equipment maintenance.
- Strong business acumen with experience in external development and client relations.
Required skills
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and histopathology techniques.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and workflow optimisation.
