Laboratory Manager – Diagnostic Lab Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and well‑organized Laboratory Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our advanced diagnostic laboratory. You will act as the bridge between administrative oversight and technical execution, ensuring the lab runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations across all sections of the diagnostic laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Optimize workflow and processes to improve turnaround times and reduce errors.
• Drive external business development, client relations, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a clinical laboratory or histopathology service.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and client engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership in personnel management and team development.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
