About the role
The Junior Logistics Clerk supports customer order fulfilment and delivery operations, ensuring timely and complete deliveries. This role coordinates transportation, maintains proof‑of‑delivery records, and processes sales orders in SAP.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate customer order fulfilment to achieve on‑time and in‑full (OTIF) deliveries.
- Arrange and calculate trucking requirements based on order and delivery needs.
- Enter sales orders accurately into the SAP system.
- Collect, update, and maintain proof‑of‑delivery documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external transport providers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (any field; logistics or supply‑chain preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, or customer service.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using SAP for order entry.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
