About the role
The company is seeking a Delivery Administrator to manage and follow up on delivery processes for customers in Mandalay. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both in an office and, when needed, in a warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on delivery processes with customers and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain systematic documentation and order management, providing accurate reports on schedule.
- Assist senior staff with assigned tasks and handle warehouse duties if required.
Required profile
- High school graduate or university degree holder.
- Experience in warehouse or delivery processes is preferred.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work long hours.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of delivery processes, documentation, and order management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
