About the role
The role involves assisting in sourcing and procurement of various products for the company and its clients, both locally and internationally, and supporting the preparation of bid documents through to successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of products from local and foreign suppliers.
- Support preparation of bid documents and ensure successful delivery.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Seek relevant networks and provide customer service.
- Travel for a few days when necessary.
Required profile
- Any graduate with a degree.
- Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in tender and import processes.
- Resourceful, reliable, honest and precise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Certification in procurement, logistics or supply chain is a plus.
Required skills
- Computer skills including internet surfing, business emails and Microsoft Office.
What we offer
- Negotiable salary.
- Performance bonus, travel allowance and other incentives.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, alternate Saturdays.
