About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Manager to manage technical support for our SaaS products, including customer demos, product trials, implementation assistance, and after‑sales support. Location: Yangon, Myanmar.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct product demos and assist customers during trial periods.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues after sales.
- Coordinate with product/development teams for issue resolution.
- Support product configuration, user setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare user guides and provide customer training when required.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely issue resolution.
