IT Solutions Coordinator

About the role

The IT Solutions Coordinator is responsible for assessing applications across business sectors, coordinating with vendors, and supporting project stakeholders throughout implementation. This role ensures smooth communication between business units and vendors, prepares documentation, and delivers training to maximize business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Run assessments of various applications with relevant vendors before implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and track progress.
• Assist project stakeholders with documentation and follow‑ups.
• Support Solutions Managers in contract preparation, liaising with legal, business, IT, and vendors from negotiation to signing.
• Lead communication between business and vendors for support issues until resolution.
• Identify and lock down business requirements to define proper project scope.
• Coordinate multiple vendors for system configuration and integrations.
• Produce customized reports for business users and use data for insights.
• Deliver regular, customized training to business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with documentation management and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
