IT Solutions Coordinator (Assistant Manager)

About the role

The IT Solutions Coordinator (Assistant Manager) will identify business opportunities, support project management, and coordinate across departments to translate roadmap features into actionable user stories while ensuring clear documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify specific business opportunities and automation possibilities.
• Assist with project management for selected projects and report weekly to the manager.
• Coordinate with departmental teams to improve business outcomes and maintain workflow documentation.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories and write clear business requirements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as PowerBI, Google Analytics, and QuickSight.
• Analyze process issues, bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Preferable knowledge of banking and insurance workflows.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload.
• Strong communication and active participation in ongoing projects.
