Investment Associate & Senior Investment Analyst (2 positions)

About the role

Our client, a diversified investment group, is expanding its Investment team. Two permanent positions are open: a Junior Investment Associate and a Senior Investment Analyst. Both roles will support strategic investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and greenfield projects across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling, business valuation and market research for potential investments.
• Perform commercial due diligence, feasibility studies and financial analysis for acquisitions, joint ventures and expansion projects.
• Prepare investment memoranda, business cases and presentation decks for senior management and investment committees.
• Support internal business units and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• For the senior role: lead complex valuation exercises, monitor portfolio performance and advise on capital allocation.

Required profile

• Junior Investment Associate: 2‑5 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, transaction advisory, strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity.
• Senior Investment Analyst: 6‑10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to interpret financial statements.
