Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will join our growing restaurant group in Yankin Township, Yangon, to support and implement HR processes across multiple locations. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, assisting recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and preparation of job descriptions.
• Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies in line with local labor laws.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance support.
• Coordinate performance reviews and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Partner with management to promote a positive workplace culture and staff training initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management, preferably in a multi‑location or service‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English and the local language, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the hospitality or food‑and‑beverage industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic HR software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
