Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our talent acquisition and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal HR programs, and people‑related projects.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, employees, and hiring managers to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team and contribute to various HR projects.
• Ensure HR documentation is properly organized and complies with company policies.

Required profile

• University student or fresh graduate (any degree), preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English and Myanmar.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
