HR Support & Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Support & Executive Assistant to join our Yangon team. The role combines day‑to‑day HR administration with executive assistance for the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the local office.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, employee administration and record keeping.
• Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee communications, training sessions and internal activities.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and prepare correspondence.
• Arrange travel logistics for senior leaders.
• Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion.
• Provide general office administration and internal coordination.

Required profile

• Experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, administration or executive assistance.
• Understanding of HR policies, employee documentation and day‑to‑day people operations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Professional attitude with ability to handle confidential information.
