About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑focused HR Manager to lead human resources operations across our multiple campuses. The role involves building a strong workforce, supporting employee performance and engagement, and ensuring consistent HR practices throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall HR operations across all campuses
• Lead recruitment and selection for teaching and non‑teaching positions
• Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmation and exit processes
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and employee benefits
• Plan and deliver staff training and development programs
• Monitor manpower needs, staff retention and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide recommendations to management

Required profile

• Strong people manager with a fair, approachable and professional attitude
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential matters
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working with multiple campuses and teams
